Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and REDHEXX (company in formation) (“REDHEXX”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the website at redhexx.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The site is informational and pre-launch
This website presents information about REDHEXX and lets you join a waitlist. It is not the product, and it does not perform any security testing. Joining the waitlist does not create an obligation for us to provide any service, access, pricing, or timeline, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, and legally able to enter into this agreement, to use the site or join the waitlist.
3. Illustrative content, not security advice
Interactive demos, sample scan output, attack graphs, and example exploit traces on this site are illustrative. They use invented data, are not results for your systems, are not a live scan, and are not findings about any real target. Research articles are provided for general information only. Nothing on this site is security, legal, or compliance advice for any specific environment, and it is not a substitute for a professional assessment of your own systems.
4. Authorization-only testing
REDHEXX is an offensive-security company, and we operate under a strict rule: we only test systems we are explicitly authorized to test. Any actual security assessment REDHEXX performs will be governed by a separate written engagement agreement that defines the scope, targets, rules of engagement, and timing, and that requires your representation that you own the target systems or have the authority to authorize testing of them. Nothing on this website authorizes, requests, initiates, or constitutes security testing of any system, whether yours or a third party’s.
5. No guarantee of security
Security testing, when we later provide it, is a point-in-time assessment of a defined scope. A report that finds few or no issues does not mean a system is secure, free of vulnerabilities, or compliant with any standard, and it is not a certification, guarantee, or warranty of security. Security is an ongoing practice, not a one-time result.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in violation of applicable law;
- use the site, its content, or any communication with us to plan, facilitate, or conduct unauthorized access to, or testing of, any system;
- submit another person’s email address to the waitlist without their consent, or use the forms to send spam;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse measures, or impose an unreasonable load on it;
- scrape or harvest data from the site for advertising, spam, or model-training purposes; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with REDHEXX.
7. Security research and safe harbor
We hold ourselves to the standard we sell, so good-faith security research on this website (redhexx.com and its subdomains) is welcome and authorized under this section.
If you research in good faith and comply with this policy, we will:
- consider your activity authorized conduct under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and analogous laws;
- waive any claim against you under the DMCA (Section 1201) for circumventing technological measures for this research;
- work with you to understand and fix the issue quickly; and
- not initiate or recommend legal action against you related to your research.
To stay within the safe harbor, you must:
- report what you find to hirat.rahi@redhexx.com and give us a reasonable time to remediate before any public disclosure;
- make a good-faith effort to avoid privacy violations, data destruction or modification, and any interruption or degradation of the service (no denial-of-service or high-volume automated scanning);
- access only data that is your own, and stop and report as soon as you encounter anyone else’s data;
- not use social engineering, phishing of our staff or users, or physical attacks; and
- stay in scope — do not test our third-party providers (for example, Cloudflare), our people, or any REDHEXX product or customer environment, which are not covered here.
This safe harbor covers only the REDHEXX marketing site. It does not authorize testing of any other party’s systems, and it does not waive any third party’s rights. If in doubt about scope, ask us first.
8. Confidentiality of findings
Vulnerability details you report to us, and any findings we exchange in a future engagement, are sensitive. Please keep them confidential until we have remediated and agreed on disclosure. In any actual engagement, confidentiality of findings runs in both directions and is governed by the engagement agreement.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The site’s content, branding, design, and code are owned by REDHEXX or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the site for its intended informational purpose; no other rights are granted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
10. Lawful use, export controls, and sanctions
Offensive-security tools and services can be subject to export-control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the site or engage us on behalf of anyone in, a country or by a party subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or export prohibitions, and that you will not use the site or our future services for any unlawful purpose or to enable unauthorized access to systems.
11. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party sites and relies on third-party infrastructure (for example, Cloudflare for hosting and anti-spam). We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) REDHEXX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the site; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold REDHEXX harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any testing you conduct outside the safe harbor in Section 7.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site (including removing a waitlist entry) at any time for conduct that violates these terms or harms the site or others. Sections 3, 5, and 8 through 17 survive termination.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as REDHEXX evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
18. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
